About Us

Brittany Fenderson, LCSW
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by panic, anxiety, or worry — struggling with flashbacks, fear, or painful memories that seem to haunt you — or noticing a lack of energy or motivation to do the things that once brought you joy, you’re not alone. Whether you’re seeking support around trauma, life transitions, sexual health, or mental health in general, I’m here to help.
My passion is creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where we can explore your values, needs, and hopes — and take empowering steps toward healing, growth, and joy. I believe that every challenge we face is part of life’s journey, not a detour from it.
In our work together, we’ll uncover and strengthen the inner resources you already possess, building confidence, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and life changes. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals from all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ communities/Folx, and strive to make therapy an affirming and inclusive experience.
I see therapy as a collaborative process — your growth fosters mine as well. Together, we’ll reconnect you with what truly matters: your values, your voice, and the path that supports you in living more fully and authentically.

Chris Holloway, LCSW
If you find yourself struggling to communicate, feeling misunderstood by those around you, or invalidated by the world, I create a space that is emotionally safe, validating, and holds opportunity for change. Nothing is static; everything is always changing, even when it doesn’t feel like it. I believe strongly that we are all doing the best we can but that with the right support, we can learn to do and feel better. Together, we can find strategies to safely cope with and soothe difficult emotions, while reducing patterns that may make life more painful or keep you feeling stuck.
I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, and parents. My approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I can help you build effective strategies to manage overwhelming emotions, reduce self-destructive behaviors, and foster self-compassion
My practice is informed by a feminist perspective, which means I hold space for folks of all genders and sexualities, recognizing how social expectations of gender impact mental health and wellbeing. I am committed to providing affirming care where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to live authentically.

FAQ
How Long Does Therapy Last?
There is no one size fits all. Therapy length is dependent on several factors including presenting symptoms or challenges wanting to be focused on in the therapeutic space, client goals and time able to dedicate to therapy, among other things. We see most of our clients for 6 months to 2 years dependent on their needs. Some people choose to engage in therapy on and off for the duration of their lives to continue to heal and grow. You can choose to terminate therapy at any time.
How Often Do We Meet?
Frequency of sessions depends on client need, our schedules and financial ability. Most of our therapists find it therapeutically beneficial to start out seeing clients once a week or once every two weeks and then gradually decrease frequency as goals are being met. That being said, clients are always in control of session frequency.
How Long Are Sessions?
Session length may depend on several factors including presenting issue, clinical need, financial considerations and therapist schedule. Typical session length is 55 minutes, and there are options for 30 minute or 45 minute sessions if preferred/recommended.
Do You Provide In Person or Telehealth Services?
We provide both! We can switch back and forth between whatever works best for you on any given day.
What Can I Expect In Therapy?
Our first session is an intake session, where your therapist learns more about your presenting concerns. You may be assigned a formal mental health diagnosis during this visit. We will also discuss treatment goals and potential therapy modalities. You always have full autonomy in deciding to engage in any suggested therapy modality or treatment. You can expect to discuss personal and sometimes challenging subjects which may be contributing to your presenting concerns. You can expect that your therapist will provide support and apply therapeutic training and knowledge to your issues to help you meet your goals. Generally your therapist will be building a rapport or a relationship with you to support therapy, as it is scientifically proven that the therapeutic relationship indicates the success of treatment, so there will be safe space to connect and laugh together as well. Your therapist is open to feedback and welcomes any communication around needs and expectations when it comes to your time and treatment.
Do You Offer A Free Consultation?
We offer a 15 minutes free consultation via phone to answer any questions you may have before beginning the therapy process.
